Viber enables end users to communicate with your business through messages, audio, and video calls.

You can choose following solutions for your business:

  • Viber Business Messages: Contact customers through their mobile numbers in real time with two-way chats.
  • Viber Bots: Enable customers to contact your business at any time. Use custom chatbots with automated responses to answer customers' queries.
  • Viber Business Calls: Enable your customers to call you directly from Viber to your dedicated phone number.
